Amy and Rogers Epic Detour by Morgan Matson

My heart is bursting with happiness. I read this right after I read Prodigy and it was the best thing I've ever did. After Prodigy I felt so sad (I still loved the book tho) and my friend (thank you Adri, you little poop) recommend Amy and Rogers because "I needed something happy". And oh my gosh. I loved it.
Amy: Holy crap, stop blaming yourself for everything. But you know. you are still so adorable and I wish the two cutest guys liked me so.
Roger: You are so sweet and so kind and I love how you never say goodbye and I just fell in love with you right off the bat.
I loved the road trip. It was so fun and funny and made me want to go on one. I loved Morgan's writing style, it was so much fun and so exciting and happy and wow. This book was so incredible. The characters I could re late too. And yes, it's a 5 star book๐Ÿ˜Š

The Young Elites by Marie Lu

5⭐️
-
This book BLEW MY MIND! It pulled with the strings of my heart to the point where I was crying so hard, I couldn't breath. These characters were incredible and so well written and had so many sides to themselves I couldn't keep up! And Marie has made a world where it's going so fast that you are running to keep up. This world was filled with twists and turns and just so many things!
Adelina: You need to get into control. Stop being so angry at everyone! They do it for their and their peers safety. Just focus on where they are coming from rather then what they are actually telling you.
Raffael: WOW NICE JOB NOW SHE WILL DESTROY EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING NICE JOB BRO *slow clapping*
Enzo: I miss you already. I miss you so much. And I wish that you could be with Adelina. She needs you right now more than ever.
Marie Lu's writing style is so incredible and filled with every little detail. She adds depth and perspective and this absolute insane - ness to the story that I loved! This is definitely my favorite read of the year and I'm so happy to read more of her work.

Fire in the Woods by Jennifer M Eaton

Shut up I love this little alien man ok๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’•
-
I loved this book. Every time I turned the page, a new twist and new surprise was waiting for me. I just loved how quirky and fun and sweet and real Jess was. And David was so sensitive and adorable and I just loved them. This world that Jennifer has created is filled with wonderful surprises and great characters that you fall in love with *snaps fingers* like that.
Jess: I love how true you are. You are not cocky, you are sarcastic. You have the courage to cry and not be all like "oh I'm sad" ok let's kick ass. You say "yes I'm sad let me take a minute" and those are real moments that would happen to real people. I applaud how true you are and I love you.
David: You are so cute and funny and sarcastic and tough, but only when you want to be. I loved your character and your love for Jess.
Dad: You gotta loosen up. Jess knows more than you about them.
I loved the way Jen wrote. She was real and true and hopeful and surprising and I just had so much fun with this book. She has created a world that you just get shocked on every page. 5 stars.

Vanishing Girls by Lauren Oliver

Don't judge, I thought this was funny๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
-
I liked this book way more than I expected! I was a bit iffy about this but I'm so happy I read it! I loved the characters. And I loved how Lauren wrote this. I laughed I cried and overall had an amazing time with this book.
Nick: You are so protective and so loving and I'm so excited I got to follow your story! I wish I could comfort you and help but too bad you're fictional๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ
Dara: You are so amazing and you don't even know it. You should have been more cautious. I still have no idea how you waved tho! I'm confused about that.
Parker: I love how you confessed to nick. That was so sweet. I loved your character and how you were so loving. You were so understanding and I just loved your character.
And Lauren's style is so rich and I can't believe I have never read her writing before. The only thing I really didn't like this book was that I was confused at times. I don't know if I read a bit fast or it was just the writing (not criticizing I still love it) but I was confused about some thing's but I can't say or I will spoil the book. But over all I really liked this book! 4 stars.

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

(MY FACE IS SUPPOSED TO BE CUT OFF BTW๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚)I liked this book. But not as much as I was expecting which was a bit disappointing. I did really like it though. I really liked the characters and the world and the plot and it was all really well put together!
Laia: You are so strong and so much like your mother. You are beautiful and kind and selfless and incredible. But be cautious, not stupid.
Elias: I love you. You are so sweet and so caring and you are so unique. I can't believe you survived all of that and I'm so proud!
Commandant: Go screw yourself.
I really liked the world, though I don't think a lot of it was explained so I really wish we had some more of that. But we did get quite a bit and I enjoyed that. All the characters went through incredible development and that I was so in love with. The thing that really peeved me about this book was that for the first 150 pages or so, it was incredibly slow for me. 4.5 stars and a 93% rating! I overall enjoyed it but there are some thing Sabaa could work on. Nice job!

Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo

Oh wow I loved this book! It would have been a perfect stand alone but HOLY CRAP THERES MORE! And I'm so excited to dive in to the next books! I loved the characters were perfect and the world was so cool and unique and I loved it.
Alina: You are so strong and so loving but OMG YOU CAN KICK SOME BUTT! I love you and I loved going on this ride with you.
Mal: First let me state the fact that we will be getting married tomorrow.. I'm kidding but I loved you and when we got to spend time with you, that was when I was having most fun! Your sweet and loving and I can't even...
The Darkling: I love you but hate you! Wow. You are so cool and so evil and yet so amazing! I wish I would have loved you more BUT THATS NOT MY FAULT! You know I still want you to go screw yourself...
Leigh has created this wonderful world that I couldn't help but love. Her writing style was so neat and unique and so precise! I loved it. I have been doing this a lot lately but that's because there are so many amazing books out there, 5 Stars.

"When I write I hold nothing back." This book was outstanding. The writing style was beautiful and deep and descriptive and so relatable it made me think she was writing about me. The characters were funny and cute and smart and witty and perfect and relatable. And I was hooked from the first page. Ever since I heard the description for this book, I have been wanting it. Hunted by Abi Ketner and Missy Kalikicki

This book was just as incredible as the last. There were so many twists and turns and gasps and tears and I loved it. Abi and Missy have created this beautiful world that I can't help but jump into.
Lexi: She is so selfless and loving and strong and I admire her so much for that. I relate to her in the best ways. I love that even though she doesn't like some people, she saves them anyways. I love her for that too.
Cole: So heartfelt and so protective and loving. His feelings for Lexi are so deep and in those moments, made me cry.
Grace: So happy. So optimistic and so strong. I loved her so much and I'm so happy we had her in this story.
Bruno: So funny. He can be so funny but so deep and I love that about him.
Bill: He might be my favorite character๐Ÿ˜Š He is so funny and I love that addition to the story๐Ÿ˜‚
Abi and Missy's style of writing is so beautiful. It has this unmistakable detail and is so heartfelt. Over all I loved this book and how it was written! Amazing job guys๐Ÿ˜Š

Hopeless by Colleen Hoover

Hopeless by Colleen Hoover

This book was so incredibly beautiful. The promises the characters made, the love that they felt and the while backstory behind them all was heart wrenching a beautiful.
Holder was such an ass when he first came into the story. He was so moody and jealous and weird and I wasn't sure I liked him. But then there was this whole other side to him that I couldn't help but fall in love with. He had such passion and love that filled my heart with such joy! He was such a beautiful character.
Sky was so incredibly strong. She was so incredible and so loving. The passion in all these characters were so beautiful. I imagined her as Shailene Woodley. She would be perfect. She's so beautiful and kind and funny and I love her character. I related to the way she felt all the time and that made me feel happy.
Colleens writing style is so beautiful. She fills your heart up with love and passion and joy until it just explodes with emotions and you can't help but notice that your balling on the floor.
This story was, over all, brilliant. The plot was so clear and so intriguing. I really love this book.

December Wrap Up!

Hello everyone! Today I will be sharing with you all of the books I have read in December!
The first book I read was Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. I absolutely fell in love with this book! It was filled with such awesome and break - neck action, a heart warming triangle and a thrilling mystery! The last thing is that the main character is an assassin... If that doesn't get you excited to read this book, I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL! 5 stars.
The second book I read was Just In Case by Meg Rosoff. It was super hard to get into this at first, but once you get about 150 pages in, your definitely in for the ride. Meg Rosoff is one of the most influential authors I have ever read. She teaches me so much about family and love and just how to live and I applaud her so hard for that. She makes me just want to try new things and visit new places and wow. Her writing is. On. Point. 4 1/2 stars.
The third book I have read this month is the Murder Complex by Lindsay Cummings. This book was so awesome. It was so gory and made me think so much, cringe so much (because of the gore) and made me feel so many things at once! It was so unpredictable too and I LOVE that in a book. I was like "Oh this going to - HOLY CRAP WHAT THE HECK????" So... Yea! 5 Stars!
The fourth book I read was My True Love Gave To Me by Various Authors. There are so many authors who wrote this! It is mostly by Stephanie Perkins, but also the authors who wrote the twelve holiday stories. This book was. So. Duper. Cute. All the little romances were so adorable and so heartwarming! It made me feel like I wasn't so lonely! But then I stopped reading and got back into reality. It was so perfect for the holidays. 12 stars (do you get it? Like, 12 holiday stories and... ok)!!
So those are all the books I have read in December, I hope you enjoyed and I will have another post up soon! Bye
xxxx
